Utensil Line specialises in the design and manufacture of customised two-coloured foam anti-loss panels tool holder,soft thermoformed foam, designed to be housed in cases, drawers and tool trolleys and in rigid polyzene supports and housings or other plastics for measuring instruments, control gauges or tools.

The study is carried out according to the customer’s specifications, with the possibility of customising the housing spaces to accommodate standard tools or custom tools with special shapes.

All projects are carried out by the technical department using 3D modelling software, providing the customer with a detailed virtual study before proceeding with implementation.

All machining is carried out in-house on CNC numerically controlled machines, guaranteeing immediate delivery times and complete control over the progress of the project.

Utensil Line also offers customised solutions from the perspective of Lean Manufacturing and 5S for the management of workplace order and cleanliness. In any company, the implementation of 5S is the starting point for improving the production activities that are fundamental to achieving a smooth and efficient flow.

Utensil Line is able to design and build workstations for storage, handling, product inspection, assembly and finishing (customised benches, gravity roller conveyors, trolleys, FIFO racks, KANBAN solutions) that can be reassembled and modified as required.

The realisations are designed by our designed by the technical department using 3D modelling, shared with the customer in the form of a virtual project, and constructed using modular ABS-coated steel tubing and/or aluminium profiles, cut and assembled in our factory.
